Competition is Great, Sometimes

How are you with competitiveness? Do you have to win? Can you lose with dignity? These are huge questions because, sometimes we attach our ability to win with our identity. And, that can be a problem. We hear from one author who’s making sure to bring her daughter up differently than herself for this very reason.
