Not How You Planned

Very rarely does it work out just how we planned. Sometimes, there are happy little “detours” that become the main thoroughfares of our lives. I’ll share the story of Paul Hendel with you. He started working at McDonald’s at 16 years old. And, it’s what he’s done ever since. And that decision came with his dad’s advice. Plus, as we get older, it never goes as we planned because we never plan on dealing with rinkles and aches and pains, but, you know, it happens. We talk about just how embracing of aging we really are. And, a local group on young ladies is using their new outdoor survival skills to make a difference in our community.
