What a turn this call took today! During the Car-Line Competition, we got to learn a little more about one of our regulars, Alex Leonard. You can’t make this stuff up. It’s awesome! Plus, we talk about using empathy, even in the drive-thru. Haha! It’s easy to lose it there, right? Also, Mom, if you ever find yourself blowing up, you’re not alone.
